The rooms are accessible from 2 p.m. and must be released and settled before 12 p.m. on the day of departure.
The room is guaranteed until 6 p.m. on the day before arrival. After 6 p.m. a bank guarantee will be necessary in order to retain the booking.
In the case of cancellation or modification before 6 p.m. on the day before arrival, the hotel will not charge any fee to the credit card provided.
In case of cancellation or change after 6 p.m. on the day before arrival or if the customer does not arrive, the hotel will withdraw 100% of the amount of the first night from the credit card provided.
Settlement for the stay is required at the time of arrival by credit card or cash.
Our hotel does not accept cheques.
Our guests can get their room from 2:00 p.m. on the arrival day and must leave and pay it before midday on the departure day.
Prepayment / Deposit : the toal amount of the accommodation is taken by the establishment at the time of the reservation.
Conditions of cancellation : in case of cancellation, of modification or of non-presentation, the establishment keeps the total amount of the reservation.
Settlement of disputes
In accordance with L 156-1 of the Consumer Code (French law), and in the event of a dispute relating to these terms and conditions, customers are informed by Atrium Hotel of the possibility of recourse to a conventional mediation procedure or to any alternative method of dispute settlement : MTV – MEDIATION TOURISME ET VOYAGE.
Guests should first contact customer services of the hotel to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If no amicable settlement is reached within 60 days, guests can contact the Mediator for Travel and Tourism on the following website: www.mtv.travel.
